Application Process


BASIS FOR APPROVAL OF YOUR APPLICATION: Applicants may generally be approved with three times the rent in net income and credit scores above 700. Your application must be submitted along with a government ID, Proof of Income for two pay periods and two month's bank statements, (all pages).


If the landlord approves pets, your pet must be submitted for screening. (No aggressive or overly large breeds are allowed). An additional $1,000 security deposit is required for the first pet, and if a second pet is approved, an additional pet deposit will be required. All pets must have good and complete references.

BASIS FOR HAVING YOUR APPLICATION DECLINED: Your application may be declined if you submit an incomplete or falsified application, or if you have any evictions, collections of any kind, or a credit score below 650. High revolving credit balances, low daily bank balances, insufficient income, unsatisfactory or lack of complete references, non-discharged bankruptcies, unqualified occupants, pets or animals,  missing or incomplete information may also be cause for your application to be declined. Additionally, felonies within the last seven years including the illegal manufacturing or distribution of a Federally controlled substance, felonies resulting in bodily harm or intentional damage or excessive destruction of property or “arson” may also be cause. Please note that you will not be approved if you intend to move in within the two weeks of applying.
