Who should apply? All adults who will reside at the property must complete an application.
Pets: We may approve your animal(s) (Pets, Support or ESA), provided they meet these criteria:
If your pet is approved, you will need to submit a photo with the applicant. There will be an additional $1,000 security deposit for the first pet and an additional $500 security deposit for a second pet. All pets must have good and complete references.
If you own a Service Animal or an Emotional Support Animal (ESA), we are happy to accept your application. Housing providers are required to consider reasonable accommodation requests for Service Animals and ESAs, and may need to grant changes, exceptions or adjustments to their rules, policies and/or practices concerning these requests. An example of a reasonable accommodation request could be to live with an assistance animal in a community that does not welcome pets or, to accept an assistance animal, without the normal pet acceptance pricing (pet rents, fees, deposits, etc.) and/or without regard to the current prohibited breeds or sizes. Basis for Approval:
APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL ALL FORMS ARE COMPLETED AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS ARE ATTACHED TO THE APPLICATION.
>At least two (2) months recent paycheck stubs.
>If recently employed and paycheck stubs are unavailable, provide a copy of the employment agreement or contract.
>Self-employed applicants must submit a copy of last year's tax returns. Bank statements may support income verification but cannot serve as sole proof.
>Additional income sources may include housing benefits, alimony, child support, unemployment benefits, social security benefits, or disability benefits.
>Applicants must provide documentation to verify these amounts and list them under employer information on the application.
