We are a small property management company that oversee a limited number of homes in the Irvine, Tustin, Lake Forest communities. We are licensed realtors too, so we can list vacant properties for lease on the MLS.
Our focus is on prompt response to owner inquiries and tenant repair requests. After a number of years managing homes in the Southern California area, we’ve learned a great deal about what is involved in managing single-family homes for individual investors and home owners.
