    1  View the Property – Schedule a showing to see if it’s the right fit
    2  Submit Application – Complete our application and provide required documentation
    3  Application Review – We’ll review and respond promptly
    4  Move-in Coordination – Once approved, we’ll coordinate your move-in details
  Application Requirements
    •  All adults, (18+) must submit a rental application
    •  Proof of income showing ability to pay rent (generally 2.5–3x monthly rent). All lawful sources of income, including housing subsidies and vouchers, are accepted in accordance with California law.
    •  Employment and/or income verification
    •  Previous rental history and complete references
    •  Valid government-issued photo ID
    •  Pay the Application fee: per adult applicant
    •  Security deposit: refundable, subject to lease terms)
  What We Look For
    •  Stable income or other lawful means of rent payment
    •  Positive rental history
    •  Credit history demonstrating timely payment of obligations
    •  No recent eviction judgments or outstanding rental-related debts (reviewed on a case-by-case basis)

Processing Time


Applications are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours of receipt of all required documents; timing may vary.
