For more than 10 years, we've provided rental property management services to Orange County’s single-family landlords and multi-family investors. We specialize in managing single family homes and small multi-family properties with a staff dedicated to prompt and professional customer service. 


We are a full-service rental property management company offering all the services needed to preparing a property for lease including Rent-Ready prep,  marketing rental properties on the MLS and most the commonly used for rent websites including Zillow.com, Apartments.com, and Redfin.com. Comprehensive tenant credit/eviction/background screening of lease applicants is a standard component of our leasing package. Frequent property inspections are standard for all of our clients including property evaluations, pre move-in, pre move out, move out inspections and annual inspections. Our financial documentation and reporting is accurate, complete and comprehensive, so our clients have clarity and confidence in our services.

Single Family Homes

Hermitage Property Management specializes in managing single-family homes in Irvine, Tustin, Lake Forest and many of the surrounding communities including Foothill Ranch, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Niguel and Mission Viejo. We enjoy working closely with all of the community homeowner’s associations HOAs in the area and have relationships with many of the HOA property managers, so we understand how they think and work.

Multi-Family Properties

We have extensive experience working with small multi-family homes and have been successful at improving vacancy rates and cash flow while cutting expenses through the use of our extensive menu of vendors and quick turnaround of vacant properties.

Property Maintenance

We work hard to ensure timely responses to all tenant repair requests and conduct twice weekly reviews of all repairs received. We work hard to ensure that our vendors are not only the best available, but also that their service charges are fair and reasonable because we know that these costs impact our client’s bottom line in significant way.

Transparent Accounting

We encourage our residents to pay their rent online to ensure prompt receipt. With 99% compliance, we are able to track each property’s income and expenses so our clients can rest easy, knowing they will get paid accurately and on time. We process owner payments multiple times each month to ensure all our clients receive their rental income as soon as it has cleared our bank and all bills have been paid. 

Marketing and Leasing

To market a home, we consider current market conditions and trends and evaluate similar homes in the neighborhood including those recently leased along with those that are currently listed for rent. We drill down to street level for an accurate rental price analysis and consider multiple pricing sources to look for consensus or discrepancies. All of our listings are posted on multiple leasing platforms including the top sites viewed by most potential applicants.

Stay Informed

Our owner clients and their tenants have access to individual online portals for easy access to important information. Day or night, our clients they can easily access up to-date insight into the any and all activity related to their property including repair requests, inspections, and expenses along with quick access to important documents, work orders, and reports.
